Pilates – known benefits of Pilates include improved flexibility, increased muscular strength, enhanced control of muscles, improved balance and improved posture, just to name a few. Our Pilates program offers group classes, as well as one-on-one lessons geared towards individuals wishing to correct physical issues caused by certain injuries, muscular imbalance or other causes, such as spinal problems resulting from sedentary office work, or muscle strain from physical labour.
Regardless of whether you have prior experience in dance or not, or if you want to try a new way to get fit, you can expect to enjoy first-class instruction and a comfortable atmosphere, and get really great exercise into your routine.
In order to ensure that our training is of high quality, and for every individual student to receive the most thorough guidance and attention, all our classes have tight restrictions on numbers.
Target applicant: adults over the age of 17
Proficiency levels: beginners / beginners-intermediate / intermediate-advanced (please choose on application form)
Lesson times: organised according to the student’s available times
Duration: 50 minutes each lesson, twice a week, 3 months = 1 term
Fees: enquire by phone –discounts available for students and members
Students per class: maximum 12 per class, apply at any time (a new class will be opened when existing classes are full)
