Yoga classes are rather beneficial, especially for women. Factors such as stress, alcohol consumption, lack of sleep, smoking, irregular schedules etc. all influence health negatively; Yoga helps the liver rid the body of toxins, as well as stretching the ligaments to prevent shrinkage in height due to old age. There are many varieties of Yoga, in which their similarities and differences will be discussed during classes.
Regardless of whether you have prior experience in dance or not, or if you want to try a new way to get fit, you can expect to enjoy first-class instruction and a comfortable atmosphere, and get really great exercise into your routine.
In order to ensure that our training is of high quality, and for every individual student to receive the most thorough guidance and attention, all our classes have tight restrictions on numbers.
Target applicant: adults over the age of 17
Proficiency levels: beginners / beginners-intermediate / intermediate-advanced (please choose on application form)
Lesson times: organised according to the student’s available times
Duration: 50 minutes each lesson, twice a week, 3 months = 1 term
Fees: enquire by phone –discounts available for students and members
Students per class: maximum 12 per class, apply at any time (a new class will be opened when existing classes are full)
