报名要求

  1. 报名对象:17岁以上成年人

  2. 课程级别:零基础 / 初中级 / 中高级 (请在填写报名表时选择)

  3. 上课时间:按照学习者的时间安排上课的时间

  4. 课 时:每课时50钟,每周2次,每期课程3个月为一个时段

  5. 费 用: 电话咨询,学生优惠,会员优惠

  6. 报名人数:每班不超过12人,随报随上,满员后开设另一个新班

When pointed out that they have a “beer gut”, many men would reply “but I don’t drink beer!” Correct, but as you age, your irregular mealtimes and sedentary lifestyle is going to get to your belly, making it difficult to just bend down and pick something up, making you run out of breath after slightly moving around. When a multitude of health issues – constipation, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, high blood sugar, the list goes on – come to knock on your door for a “visit” as your waist circumference grows, it truly wouldn’t be fun, would it? What’s worse is that the above conditions are starting younger and younger… So, if you used to be a handsome bloke or a muscular hunk, it’s time to get that back and get moving – it’s not too late, and as long as you persevere, you WILL get it back! Always remember that health is the most valuable thing you have.

Application requirements

  1. Target applicant: adults over the age of 17

  2. Proficiency levels: beginners / beginners-intermediate / intermediate-advanced (please choose on application form)

  3. Lesson times: organised according to the student’s available times

  4. Duration: 50 minutes each lesson, twice a week, 3 months = 1 term

  5. Fees: enquire by phone –discounts available for students and members

  6. Students per class: maximum 12 per class, apply at any time (a new class will be opened when existing classes are full)
